Dating back to 1875 and arranged over two floors, the property offers a thoughtfully designed layout that's ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
On the ground floor, a welcoming reception room provides a comfortable living area, leading through to a well-proportioned kitchen / diner with ample workspace.
Upstairs, the first floor comprises two well-sized bedrooms (a double and a twin), both offering a bright interior, along with a contemporary bathroom.
The layout is practical and well-balanced, making excellent use of the space throughout.
With its classic proportions, original charm, and functional design, this home offers a comfortable option for your holiday.
GUEST ACCESS
As guests, you have full and exclusive access to the cottage and garden. The only area we'd like to keep private is the large kitchen cupboard under the stairs that contains cleaning supplies. This has a slide lock towards to the top of the door and should stay locked at all times, especially if there are young children staying.
LOCATION
With all of Stratford's amenities and attractions on the doorstep, a stay at Number 25 means you can enjoy a holiday here without a car. Day trips to sights further afield can be booked through various tour operators.
PARKING
Free on-street parking is available for the duration of your stay. Parking in Stratford-upon-Avon is extremely limited and often expensive. We are pleased that we can offer one on-street parking permit for your vehicle. This gives you free parking for one car in designated parking areas within the S2 zone only. Please provide your car registration number prior to arrival to take advantage of this.
