Dating back to 1875, this charming period home beautifully blends historic character with modern comfort. Arranged over two floors, the property offers a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.


On the ground floor, a welcoming reception room provides a comfortable living space, leading through to a well-proportioned kitchen with ample workspace. To the rear, a separate dining area creates an inviting setting for meals.

Upstairs, the first floor comprises two well-sized double bedrooms, both offering a bright and modern space, along with a contemporary bathroom. 

The layout is practical and well-balanced, making excellent use of the space throughout.

GUEST ACCESS

 

As guests, you have full and exclusive access to the cottage and garden. The only locked area is in a cupboard in the kitchen where we keep cleaning supplies.

If you're in Stratford on business for an extended period of time, Number 26 offers an ideal home-from-home, with space to work in a quiet residential area, all the comforts and modern conveniences of home, and a short walk to the town centre.

 

LOCATION

 

With all of Stratford's amenities and attractions on the doorstep, a stay at Number 26 means you can enjoy a holiday here without a car. Day trips to sights further afield can be booked through various tour operators.

 

PARKING

 

Free on-street parking is available for the duration of your stay. Parking in Stratford-Upon-Avon is extremely limited and often expensive. We are pleased to be able to offer one on-street parking permit for your vehicle. This gives you free parking for one vehicle for the duration of your stay in designated parking areas within the S2 zone only. Please provide your car registration number prior to arrival to take advantage of this.
